We hope you are pleased with your purchase. In the case you decide to return your purchase, all items must be returned to us unused and undamaged with the tags and designer labels still attached. Returns that do not meet this policy will not be accepted back.
Sale items are FINAL SALE and may not be returned.
We do not offer merchandise exchanges. Please return your purchase and place a new order for the new item.
Returns are accepted for store credit or refund within 7 days of receiving the order. All eligible return items must be postmarked for return within 7 days of receiving the order. The Mini Collective offers a return label via USPS for $9.95, or you can ship back using the carrier of your choice.
To make a return for a refund, store credit or gift return, please e-mail us at theminicollectiveny@gmail.com with a subject title including your name and order number, and we will send you a Return Authorization number with instructions.
